• Appointments strengthen G360’s commercialisation strategy following the Company’s first
binding commercial supply agreement with Holcim (Australia) Pty Ltd, one of the world’s largest
construction materials companies.
• Advisory Board brings together more than 100 years of combined experience across Australia’s
cement, concrete and construction materials industries.
Green360 Technologies Limited (ASX:GT3) (“GT3” “G360” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the
appointment of an Industry Advisory Board, comprising three of Australia’s most respected cement and
construction materials specialists, supporting the next phase of the Company's commercial growth strategy
as it accelerates market adoption of its MKX™ supplementary cementitious material (“SCM”) platform.
As Australia's first commercial producer of metakaolin as an SCM, G360 has established a first-mover position
in a market undergoing structural change as supplies of traditional SCMs, including fly ash and blast furnace
slag, continue to decline.
Following the successful commercial production of MKX and execution of its first binding commercial supply
agreement with Holcim (Australia) Pty Ltd,1 G360 is focused on accelerating market adoption. The Industry
Advisory Board has been established to provide strategic and technical guidance across product approvals,
Australian Standards and industry engagement to support that objective.
Collectively, the Advisory Board members bring more than 100 years of experience spanning cement
manufacturing, concrete technology, Australian Standards, research and executive leadership within
Australia's leading construction materials organisations.
Executive Chairman Aaron Banks said:
“The greatest challenge facing innovative construction materials is rarely proving they work-it is earning the
confidence of the engineers, technical specialists and infrastructure owners responsible for specifying them.
Our objective is not simply to manufacture MKX. It is to establish MKX as a recognised, trusted and widely
specified supplementary cementitious material across the Australian construction industry.
Achieving that requires navigating technical standards, industry approvals, engineering specifications and
market acceptance. These are areas where experience and credibility matter enormously.
Bruce, Andrew and Rackel have collectively spent decades shaping Australia's cement and concrete industry.
They understand not only the science, but also the practical pathway through which new materials become
accepted by the market.
Their experience, relationships and technical credibility will be instrumental in helping G360 accelerate that
journey."
Bruce Perry said, “The decline in fly ash availability throughout Australia in the short - medium term is leading
the concrete industry to adopt alternative cementitious options. MKX has the technical characteristics to be
an important new SCM and I’m excited to be a part of this initiative.”
Andrew Dell said, “Having spent many years working within the construction materials industry, I witnessed
first-hand the increasing pressure on traditional supplementary cementitious material supply chains as the
industry actively sought reliable and scalable alternatives. It is exciting to see a commercially viable solution
being developed here in Australia. MKX has the potential to play an important role in supporting the industry's
transition as the availability of traditional SCMs continues to tighten.”
Dr Rackel San Nicolas said, “The development of engineered, locally sourced supplementary cementitious
materials (SCMs) such as MKX represents an important advancement in Australian concrete technology. In
addition to achieving the required early-age performance, MKX has demonstrated durability-related
performance characteristics that support the design and construction of long-service-life concrete and
structural applications across residential, commercial and infrastructure sectors.”
Role of the Industry Advisory Board
The Industry Advisory Board has been established to provide independent strategic and technical guidance
across a range of disciplines critical to the successful commercialisation of MKX, including:
• Australian Standards and specification pathways
• ATIC product registration and technical approvals
• Product performance and ongoing technical development

Strengthening G360’s Commercialisation Strategy
The establishment of the Industry Advisory Board represents another important milestone in G360’s
commercialisation strategy.
Over recent months the Company has:
• March 2026: Execution of a binding Toll Treatment Agreement with Calix Limited (ASX:CXL),
providing a capital-light pathway to commercial production with access to up to 30,000 tonnes per
annum of calcination capacity.2
• April 2026: Completion of G360’s first commercial production campaign at Calix’s Bacchus Marsh
facility, successfully producing 150 tonnes in a single continuous production run. More than 750
tonnes of MKX have now been produced and distributed throughout Victoria for commercial-scale
concrete validation3
• July 2026: Execution of G360’s first binding commercial supply agreement with Holcim, one of the
world’s leading construction materials companies, for the supply of up to 4,800 tonnes of MKX into
Holcim’s Victorian concrete operations4.
• Today: Established a specialist Industry Advisory Board comprising recognised leaders from
Australia’s cement, concrete and research sectors.
Together, these initiatives position G360 to accelerate the commercial adoption of MKX as Australia’s
concrete industry responds to the structural decline in traditional supplementary cementitious materials
including fly ash and blast furnace slag.
About MKX
The MKX suite of products consists of:
o MKX Calcined Clay (MKX CC) – previously known as Eco-Clay. Designed as a replacement of fly ash
and slag, two products facing near term supply shortages; and
o MKX Ultra Fine (MKX UF) - Designed as a replacement for silica fume for the use in high strength
concrete
Both products are produced in commercial quantities at the Company’s Pittong (VIC) kaolin operations and
then calcined under a toll treatment agreement with Calix Limited (ASX:CXL)5.
The Structural SCM Supply Challenge
Australia’s concrete industry is approaching a structural inflection point.
For decades, lower-carbon concrete has relied upon industrial by-products such as fly ash, blast furnace slag
and silica fume. These materials have historically been abundant because they were produced as by-products
of coal-fired electricity generation, blast furnace steelmaking and silicon metal production.
However, the transition toward renewable energy and lower-emission industrial processes is fundamentally
changing those supply chains.
Coal-fired power stations are progressively retiring, reducing fly ash availability. Steel production is
increasingly adopting lower-emission technologies that generate significantly less blast furnace slag.
Domestic silicon metal production has declined, reducing silica fume availability and increasing reliance on
imports.
As a result, Australia’s concrete industry is increasingly competing for a shrinking pool of supplementary
cementitious materials precisely as demand for lower-carbon concrete continues to accelerate.
G360 believes this represents one of the most significant structural supply chain shifts to occur within the
Australian concrete industry in decades.
MKX has been specifically developed as a dedicated supplementary cementitious material to address this
challenge, providing a scalable, locally produced alternative to traditional SCMs.
The Holcim Agreement represents an important commercial milestone by demonstrating that the market is
prepared to adopt dedicated supplementary cementitious materials as traditional industrial by-products
become increasingly constrained.
Upcoming Catalysts
The Company expects to update shareholders throughout the second half of 2026 as commercial discussions
with additional concrete producers continue to progress.
G360 also expects to complete a scoping study during Q4 2026 assessing the scale efficiencies associated
with constructing a dedicated commercial calcination facility adjacent to the Company’s existing Pittong
operations.

About Green360 Technologies Limited
Green360 Technologies (ASX:GT3) is an Australian-based building materials supplying Kaolin products to blue
chip customers in the concrete, paint, paper, adhesives, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics industry.
G360 was the first company to commercialise metakaolin (calcined kaolin) as a supplementary cementitious
material (SCM) in the Australian concrete market. The product, known under the platform of MKX, is a low
carbon partial cement replacement product which reduces the embodied carbon in concrete, the world’s second
largest cause of CO2 emissions.
The Australian concrete industry is facing an imminent supply shortage of existing SCMs (predominately fly ash,
blast furnace slag and silica fume) and MKX is strategically positioned to replace these products in the market.
Our objective is not simply to sell another SCM. It is to help build the next generation supply chain for the
concrete industry.
