June quarter, reflecting the impact of customer pricing adjustments.
• Net operating cash outflow reduced to $118,000, compared with $1.1 million outflow in the
previous quarter, reflecting the benefits of increased revenues and previously announced cost-
saving initiatives.
• Secured improved terms with major customer Boyer Paper Mill, including a minimum 4,000-tonne
take-or-pay commitment, 19% increase in unit pricing and expected annual revenue of $2.5–$2.9
million.
Subsequent to Quarter End
• Secured a second binding MKX supply agreement with Eifers Civil for up to 4,800 tonnes over an
initial 12-month period, bringing combined agreement volumes with Holcim to up to 9,600 tonnes.
• Received a $598k R&D tax incentive refund, increasing pro forma available funding to $3.58 million,
equivalent to 19.3 quarters of funding based on September quarter cash outgoings.
The September quarter marked a significant step forward in G360's commercialisation strategy, with more
than 3,500m³ of concrete incorporating MKX poured across major Melbourne infrastructure projects and
binding supply agreements with Holcim and Eifers covering up to 9,600 tonnes over their respective initial
12-month terms. This growing commercial adoption is establishing the market for MKX as Australia's
traditional SCM supplies tighten. Importantly, the Company also delivered stronger financial performance,
with increased revenue, substantially reduced operating cash outflows and a strengthened cash position
supporting continued market development and commercial expansion.

Executive Chairman Aaron Banks said:
“The September quarter represents a significant advancement in Green360's transition towards becoming a
major Australian supplier of next-generation building materials.
We have moved beyond proving that MKX works. We are now demonstrating that it can be incorporated into
commercial concrete production, supplied to major industry participants and used across significant
infrastructure projects.
With binding supply agreements now in place with Holcim and Eifers for up to 9,600 tonnes, we have
established an important foundation for our MKX commercialisation strategy.
Our approach has always been deliberate: establish the market, demonstrate commercial demand and then
scale production capacity to meet it.
Through our toll-treatment arrangement with Calix, we have access to up to 30,000 tonnes per annum of
calcining capacity, enabling us to develop that market without immediately committing the substantial
capital required for dedicated production infrastructure.
Importantly, we are achieving this commercial progress alongside a strengthening underlying business.
Quarterly revenue increased to $3.6 million, while net operating cash outflow reduced substantially to
$118,000.
These improvements are particularly encouraging as we continue to advance our MKX growth strategy.
Looking ahead, our priorities remain clear: secure additional commercial agreements, increase physical MKX
sales, complete our dedicated calcining facility scoping study by the end of 2026 and continue strengthening
our operating financial performance.
Australia's concrete industry faces a structural change in the availability of traditional supplementary
cementitious materials. We believe Green360 is increasingly well positioned to participate in building the next
generation of Australia's concrete supply chain.
We are not simply developing another cement replacement product. We are working to establish a scalable
industrial materials business to address a significant and growing supply-chain challenge."
Green360 Technologies Limited (ASX:GT3) (“GT3” “G360” or “the Company”) is pleased to report on its
operational activities and financial performance for the quarter ended 30 September 2026.
During the quarter, G360 advanced the commercialisation of MKX, its locally produced metakaolin
supplementary cementitious material (SCM), securing its first binding supply agreement with Holcim
Australia, expanding its use across Victorian infrastructure projects and delivering improved financial
performance from its established kaolin operations.
MKX Commercialisation – Holcim and Eifers Supply Agreements
On 23 July 2026, G360 announced its first binding commercial supply agreement with Holcim Australia for up
to 4,800 tonnes of MKX-CC over an initial 12-month period.
The agreement established a formal supply relationship with one of the world's largest building materials
companies and marked an important milestone in the commercialisation of MKX. Subsequent to quarter end,
G360 announced a second binding commercial supply agreement with Eifers Civil for up to 4,800 tonnes of
MKX-CC over an initial 12-month period.1
Together, the Holcim and Eifers agreements provide for the supply of up to 9,600 tonnes of MKX-CC across
their respective initial 12-month terms, representing 32% of the Company's 30,000-tonne-per-annum2 Calix
market-creation capacity target.
The agreements represent an important step in G360's market-creation strategy, with approximately one-
third of its 30,000-tonne annual target now covered by binding supply arrangements. The Company continues
to engage with additional concrete producers and contractors, targeting further commercial agreements and
increased MKX volumes over the coming quarters.
More than 3,500m³ of concrete incorporating MKX has also been placed across major Melbourne
infrastructure projects, equivalent to more than 500 concrete truckloads. Applications include Melbourne
Airport and Level Crossing Removal projects, demonstrating the increasing use of MKX in commercial
concrete production.
Eifers concrete incorporating G360’s MKX calcined clay at Melbourne Airport Business Park and a pavement
pour at Melbourne Airport.
Building Australia's Next-Generation SCM Supply Chain
Australia's concrete industry faces tightening supplies of traditional SCMs, including fly ash and blast furnace
slag, as coal-fired power stations close and steelmaking processes evolve.
G360 is positioning MKX as a locally produced alternative, leveraging its established Pittong kaolin operations
and existing toll treatment agreement with Calix, which provides access to up to 30,000 tonnes per annum
of calcining capacity.
This approach enables G360 to develop commercial demand before committing significant capital to
dedicated production infrastructure. The Company is progressing a scoping study for a proposed dedicated
calcining facility, targeted for completion by the end of CY2026.
Kaolin Operations and Financial Performance
G360's established kaolin operations at Pittong, Victoria, continued to supply industrial customers across the
paper, paint and other manufacturing sectors.
On 21 July 2026, G360 announced improved contractual terms with Boyer Paper Mill Ltd, including a binding
minimum take-or-pay commitment of 4,000 tonnes for FY27 and a 19% increase in the contracted unit price.
Unaudited quarterly revenue increased 9% to approximately $3.6 million, compared with $3.3 million in the
June quarter, reflecting the benefits of customer price increases implemented from 1 July 2026.
Previously announced cost-saving initiatives also contributed to improved financial performance, with net
operating cash outflows reducing substantially to $118,000, compared with $1.13 million outflow in the June
quarter providing 16.1 quarters of estimated funding available.
Management continues to target a return to positive operating cash flow during FY27 as further benefit of
cost saving initiatives and improved revenues are realised.
Upcoming Catalysts
G360 is focused on several key milestones over the coming quarters:
• Completion of the scoping study for a proposed dedicated MKX calcining facility, targeted by the end
of CY2026.
• Converting ongoing customer engagement and infrastructure applications into additional binding
MKX supply agreements and increased commercial volumes.
• Continuing to realise the benefits of customer pricing adjustments and cost-saving initiatives, with
management targeting a return to positive operating cash flow during FY27.
CORPORATE
Cash and Funding Position
As at 30 September 2026, G360 held cash and cash equivalents of $2.6 million and had access to $0.4m in
unused equipment finance facilities, providing total available funding of approximately $3.0 million.
Subsequent to quarter end, the Company received a $0.6m FY26 Research and Development Tax Incentive
refund from the Australian Taxation Office. Including this receipt, the Company has access to funding of
approximately $3.6m, representing an indicative 19.3 quarters of funding based on the September quarter's
relevant cash outgoings.
The strengthened operating cash flows provide G360 with flexibility to continue expanding MKX
commercialisation and progressing its development plans.
Industry Advisory Board
During the quarter, G360 established a high-calibre Industry Advisory Board comprising experienced cement
and concrete specialists to support technical approvals, customer engagement and the broader commercial
adoption of MKX.3
Change of Registered Office
On 8 September 2026, G360 announced the relocation of its registered office to Level 1, 105 St Georges
Terrace, Perth WA 6000.

About Green360 Technologies Limited
Green360 Technologies (ASX:GT3) is an Australian-based building materials company supplying Kaolin products
to blue chip customers in the concrete, paint, paper, adhesives, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics industry.
G360 was the first company to commercialise metakaolin (calcined kaolin) as a supplementary cementitious
material (SCM) in the Australian concrete market. The product, known under the platform of MKX, is a low
carbon partial cement replacement product which reduces the embodied carbon in concrete, the world’s second
largest cause of CO2 emissions.
The Australian concrete industry is facing an imminent supply shortage of existing SCMs (predominately fly ash,
blast furnace slag and silica fume) and MKX is strategically positioned to replace these products in the market.
Our objective is not simply to sell another SCM. It is to help build the next generation supply chain for the
concrete industry.
