G360 Secures Improved Contractual Terms With
Long-Term Major Customer
• G360 customer Boyer Paper Mill Ltd commits to minimum 4,000 tonne take or pay agreement for
FY27
• Contracted unit pricing increases 19%, with annual revenue expected to be approximately $2.5-
$2.9 million
• Revised agreement expected to deliver a material improvement in FY27 turnover and provide a
stable production base to support operating efficiencies
Green360 Technologies Limited (ASX:GT3) (“GT3” “G360” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce it has
executed a revised supply agreement with major customer Boyer Paper Mill Ltd. The agreement provides for
a minimum take or pay commitment of 4,000 tonnes for the 12-month period to 30 June 2027 with parties
to negotiate an extension beyond this period. Unit pricing under the revised agreement represents a 19%
increase on the existing contract. The total contract value is estimated at approximately $2.5m-$2.9m for the
twelve-month period, with a binding commitment for the customer to purchase the minimum quantity. The
contract allows annual purchases of more than 6,000 tonnes, with a tiered rebate of up to 8% applying to
volumes above 5,000 tonnes per annum.
The revised contractual terms provide certainty on base load production at the Pittong facility, which is
expected to drive operational efficiencies throughout FY27. This, in conjunction with significant operational
changes and cost reductions implemented by management during 4Q FY26, is expected to support a return
to positive operating cash flow in FY27.
Executive Chairman Aaron Banks said:
"Boyer has been an important customer of the Pittong Plant for many years and we’re pleased to have agreed
revised terms that deliver higher pricing together with a committed minimum purchase volume.
Importantly, this agreement strengthens the earnings profile of our established industrial minerals business
by providing greater production certainty while we continue scaling our MKX product portfolio. Together with
the operational improvements implemented over recent months, we believe this positions the business well
for improved financial performance during FY27.”

About Green360 Technologies Limited
Green360 Technologies (ASX:GT3) is an Australian-based building materials supplying Kaolin products to blue
chip customers in the concrete, paint, paper, adhesives, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics industry.
G360 was the first company to commercialise metakaolin (calcined kaolin) as a supplementary cementitious
material (SCM) in the Australian concrete market. The product, known under the platform of MKX, is a low
carbon partial cement replacement product which reduces the embodied carbon in concrete, the world’s second
largest cause of CO2 emissions.
The Australian concrete industry is facing an imminent supply shortage of existing SCMs (predominately fly ash,
blast furnace slag and silica fume) and MKX is strategically positioned to replace these products in the market.
Our objective is not simply to sell another SCM. It is to help build the next generation supply chain for the
concrete industry.
