GREEN360 DELIVERS ECO-CLAY
FOR BULK TRIAL
HIGHLIGHTS
• A National concrete supplier has requested Eco-Clay from Green360 to
facilitate commercial scale trials.
• Eco-Clay enables the replacement of up to 40% of Portland cement, improving
concrete strength and durability while significantly reducing emissions1
.
• Green360 has successfully produced, loaded, transported, and delivered its
Eco-Clay product to two commercial batching plants in Melbourne using
standard pneumatic tanker logistics.
• The delivery of Eco-Clay supports the products compatibility with existing
Australian bulk powder handling systems, and demonstrates the Company’s
capability to support a robust, scalable supply chain in the concrete industry.
• Acceptance of the two pneumatic tanker deliveries is a critical step following
the independent verification of the Company’s Eco-Clay product by Melbourne
University1
.
• These deliveries are the next stage towards commercialisation, providing
added confidence toward Green360 meeting commercial, logistical, flowability,
and handling requirements required for industry adoption.
• Melbourne University analysis previously confirmed Eco-Clay exhibits
exceptionally high amorphous content of >88%, exceeding industry
benchmarks for high reactivity metakaolin1
.
• Whilst the deliveries are not under any formal agreement, the bulk trial orders
show a clear readiness for industry adoption, and it remains Green360’s
ambition to convert laboratory success1
into commercial adoption.

ASX Announcement 31 October 2025.
Green360 Technologies Limited (ASX:GT3) (“GT3” or “the Company”) is pleased to
announce that it has successfully delivered its Eco-Clay metakaolin to two batching
plants in Melbourne, Victoria. The material was transported using industry-standard
pneumatic tankers, marking an important commercial and operational milestone, for
the Company.
The two pneumatic tanker loads delivered represents circa 60 tonnes of Eco-Clay
from Green360 tailings and settlement ponds. Delivery was made to concrete
batching plants in Springvale and Footscray, Victoria, for evaluation at a commercial
scale in low-carbon concrete formulations. This engagement represents a significant
step forward following successful laboratory trials at Melbourne University1
with the
ultimate goal being validation of Green360’s product which would support
decarbonisation of the construction sector.
As announced previously, Melbourne University laboratory testing confirmed Eco-Clay
achieved an amorphous content of >88%, placing it at the top end of metakaolin
quality benchmarks both domestically and globally1
. This high reactivity makes Eco-
Clay suitable for premium concrete applications while enabling a major reduction in
Portland cement content and associated emissions.

Creating the Supply Chain
Pneumatic tankers are the standard logistics method used across Australia for cement
and supplementary cementitious materials (“SCM”). For any new SCM to be adopted
by major concrete producers, it must be proven compatible with existing bulk powder
transport, storage, and batching infrastructure.
The successful delivery provides a high level of confidence that Eco-Clay meets the
necessary flowability, particle handling, and pneumatic conveyance requirements for
commercial use. This important operational milestone demonstrates that Green360
can support a robust, industry-ready supply chain, removing a key barrier to
widespread adoption, positioning the Company in an enviable position allowing large-
volume supply to the concrete sector.
Executive Chairman Aaron Banks commented:
“The successful production and commercial bulk delivery of Eco-Clay is a critical step
forward for the Company. We have created a product that stands against the best
metakaolin’s in the world and had it verified by Melbourne University1
. Now, we have
proven we can create a robust supply chain and deliver two tanker loads to two
batching plants, which is critical in the bulk commodity space.
We continue to progress in our pursuit for commercial validation and look forward to
formalising supply and toll treating agreements once feedback starts to be received
from bulk trial testing”.
Next Steps
• Commercial scale testing of Eco-Clay across both cement and concrete
performance parameters.
• Upon successful results from bulk trials, explore viability of a commercial
agreement for the ongoing supply of Eco-Clay and the joint development of
low-carbon cements and concretes using Eco-Clay.
• Pursue a toll treating commercial agreement to supply Eco-Clay to the market.
• The Green360–PERMAcast Joint Venture will also commence commercial-scale
product applications of Eco-Clay blended with industrial by-products, targeting
low-cost, low-carbon cement formulations for precast applications.
